He was predeceased by: his parents, Courtney Oliver and Uphama Oliver; his wife Phyllis; and his siblings, Russell Oliver, Edna Wible and Belva Shaw.
He is survived by: his sister Mary Craib; his children, Lori Rednour (Scott) and John Oliver (Tabitha); and his grandchildren, Maria Hancock (Todd), Halie Hinsey (Keith), Joseph Rednour (MaKala) and Michael Abshire. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
