He is survived by: his former wife Carmen; his daughters, Lauren Wilson (Will Ray), Julia Rubenstein (Shawn Hobbs) and Maui; the mother of his children Carmen Augustin-Chicago; his grandchildren, Micah and Makaela Wilson-Maui; his father Nate Rubenstein-Chicago; his sisters, Joyce Pruett Stromatt, Lisa Pruett Ortiz-Nashville and Kristin Salamone (Pruett); and his stepmother-in-law Kathyrn Jones (Curt Hanes).
