Smiertelny; her children, Frank Smiertelny (Elyse) of Amesbury, MA, Danene Meeks (L. J.) of Truman, AR, Sean Smiertelny (Lisa) of Michigan City, IN and John Smiertelny (Eileen) of La Porte, IN; her sisters, Gerry Marciniak (Thomas) of New Carlisle, IN, MaryEllen Wedow (Ed) and Norma Ransom (John) of Michigan City, IN; her grandchildren, Kenny, Kevin, Nicki (Justin), Trevor (Sarah), Shannon (J. P.), Jacob, Kayla, Roberto, Thalia, John, Kyleigh, Anna and Isabella; and her son Matt Nieman (Donna). She is also survived by best friend, Cookie Perez; and many nieces and nephews.
