He was predeceased by: his parents, Vivian "Spiv" Summerlin and Mildred "Millie" Summerlin (Garrison); and his grandson Joshua Summerlin. He is survived by: his sons, Steve Summerlin of La Porte, Wayne Summerlin (Rochelle) of Michigan City, Jeff Summerlin (Kathy) of Trail Creek and Greg Summerlin of Michigan City, Indiana; and his former wives, Paula Baranowski and Linda Summerlin. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
