He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry X Smith and Mamie Mae White Smith. He is survived by: his children, Susie Ketchum of Metamora, Joyce Rogers (Greg) of Laurel, Tommy Smith (Becky) of Metamora and Robert Smith of Metamora; and his brother James Smith of Brookville. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren.
