He is survived by: his daughter Debra Slater of Lillian, Alabama; his sister Carolyn Mullenix of Matthews; his sister-in-law Linda Wright of Indianapolis; his nieces, Nickie Smallwood (Larry) of Defiance, Ohio, Ramona DeHart (Don) of Indianapolis, Cathy Sheets of Matthews and Melinda Hicks of Matthews; and his nephew Tracy Wright.
