It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Slater (Matthews, Indiana), who passed away on January 20, 2019, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Mary Slater to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Wright and Alice Wright; her husband Paul Slater; her son Frankie Ray Slater; and her sister Phyllis Liming.
She is survived by: her sons, Stanton "Stan" Slater (Gayla), Upland Slater and Gene Slater (Kristie); her sisters, Jackie Moorman of Muncie and Joy "Jo" Clevenger (Charlie) of Matthews; her grandchildren, Shannon Slater, Dana Slater, Darcy Slater, Abram Slater (Gwyn) and Lyndsey McMillan (Heath); her great grandchildren, Brady Slater, Bryce, Brianna Blevins, Madyson, Mayleigh McMillan, Aedyn, Braelyn Slater and Kadey Jones; her great great grandchild Aspen Slater; and her niece Karen Sue. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
