With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rebekah Lynn Carter of Martinsville, Indiana, who passed away on December 15, 2023 at the age of 40. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Arvine D. "Dobbin" Carter; and her brother Andrew Thomas Carter. She is survived by: her mother Karen Mae Carter (Lester) of Martinsville; her children, Carter Layne Waterman of Martinsville and Finley Rayne Waterman of Martinsville; and her siblings, Walker Carter (Chasity) of Martinsville, Joseph Carter (Destiny) of Martinsville, Geneil Ison (Phil) of Bloomington, Delaina Curl (Johnny) of English, IN, Amanda Carter (Glen Wilkerson) of Martinsville and Emily Herring (Dallas) of Monrovia.
Memorial contributions may be made in lieu of flowers to Neal & Summers to assist the family with final expenses.
