He was predeceased by: his parents, Ross O'Neal and Bonnie O'Neal; and his siblings, Bill, Bob O'Neal and Betty Lebo.
He is survived by: his wife Judy O'Neal (Brown) of Martinsville; his children, Judy Ann Miles (Mike) of Bloomington, IN, Marty O'Neal (Dorlisa) of Spencer, IN, Don O'Neal (Anna) of Martinsville, Tammy Finlinson (Lance) of Naples, FL and Jon O'Neal of Bloomington, IN; and his sister Ginny Brawley (Wendell) of Paragon, IN. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.
