He was predeceased by: his grandmother Patricia Wood. He is survived by: his parents, Jay Joseph Brannan and Jennifer Brannan (Wood); his children, Wyatt, Charlotte and Elliott Brannan; his siblings, Andrew Brannan and Megan Brannan; and his grandmother Ellen Brannan.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Jonathan's memory to the family, to go towards his children.
