He is survived by: his children, Dubbie Johnson (Amy) of Canal Winchester, Bret Bellah (Tina Mrkonjich) of Florida, Angela Judd (Brian) of Indianapolis and Jeanelise Hamilton (Paul) of Martinsville; and his siblings, Terry Johnson of Waverly and Pam Guinn (Larry) of Martinsville.
