He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Neeley and Vera Neeley (Mahoney); his wife Frances "Fran" Kirk; his sons, Chad Neeley (Mellanie) and Michael Neeley (Eileen); his grandchildren, Preston, Jagger, Emma, Bryant, Chris, Genna, Knoll and William; and his brothers, Doug Neeley and Rick Neeley (Anita).
