She was predeceased by: her parents, Cleff Douglas and Hazel Douglas (Jesse); and her brothers, Talmadge Douglas and Dewey Douglas. She is survived by: her husband Donald R. Clark; her daughters, Melissa L. Black (David) and Kimberly D. Kruth (Jason); her siblings, Lloyd Douglas, Dewain Douglas, Marion, Shelby Goff, Van Buren, Carolyn Sue Mabry and Marion; her grandchildren, Justin Lee Black (Ashley), Brianna Renee Bassett (Brad) and Kayla Lynn Goble (Devin); and her great grandchildren, Jaxson Lee Black, Reston David Black, Roselynn Grace Black, Brinley Raye Bassett and Lane Cordes.
