She was predeceased by: her parents, Philip Kellogg and Helen Kellogg (Purvis); her grandmother Ida Kellogg; her stepbrother Mark Sloan; her cousins, Robin and Pam; her aunt Shirley; her nieces, Kellee Kellogg and Jasmine Sloan; her great-niece Kaeleigh Kellogg; her father-in-law Harry Neeley (Ada); and her brother-in-law Frank Rajcany.
She is survived by: her children, Travis Neeley (Megan) and Mandy Neeley; her grandchildren, Hayden and Kadyn; her brothers, Keith Kellogg (Peggy) and Jeff Kellogg (Linda); her stepsiblings, Steve Sloan and Jill Kilgore (Tracy); her sister-in-law RaeJean Sloan; her stepmother Jackie Kellogg; her sisters-in-law, Teresa Waggoner, Marcia Lichtsinn and Beth Rajcany; her close friend Cathy Smith; and her friend Bud Smith. She is also survived by several extended family members, work friends, and church friends.
