She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Harmon and Bessie Harmon (Perkins); and her husband Harold Carmichael. She is survived by: her children, David Carmichael (Laura) of Marion and Tara Carmichael of Indianapolis; her grandson Eric Carmichael (Rachael); and her great grandchild Henry Carmichael.
