She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Hollcraft and Mary Hollcraft (Coulter); her husband Robert A. Blair; her stepmother Arloa Hollcraft; her close friend Willie C. Clariett; and her sister Cheryl Skinner.
She is survived by: her daughter Belinda Musselman (Larry) of Hartford City; her granddaughter Tabitha Niebauer (Ethan); her brother John Hollcraft (Judy); her stepson Willie Clariette Jr.; her close friends, Reggie E. Nevels, Jan, Brenda Marks, Chik and Wendy Campbell; and her son James Robert Blair. She is also survived by several extended family members and friends.
