He was predeceased by: his father Xen Shook; his stepfather Richard Spencer (Lucinda Shook); and his brother Jeffrey Shook. He is survived by: his mother Barbara Jean Small; his stepfather Bill Small; his siblings, John Shook and Jody Heintz; his stepchildren, Tahlia Bracey, Saliena Taylor (Bob) and George Jessus Gould (Holly); his aunt Janet Tomlinson (Mark); and his uncle Gary Shook (Naomi). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
