We are sad to announce that on January 21, 2023, at the age of 62, Jacqueline Ann (Jackie Case) Shrontz of Marion, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack E. Case and Judith K. Case; her husband David Shrontz; her sister Cynthia Blakely; and her niece Caitie Timmerman.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Jared, Arianna, Laila, Shealeigh, Ava and Olivia; her children, Michael Hayes of Gas City and Kayla Hayes of Marion; and her siblings, Karen Gerstorff (James) of Iowa, Donna Harrell (Danny) of LaFontaine, Kelly Timmerman (Mike) of Somerset, Denise Taylor of Marion and Scott Case (Angie) of LaFontaine. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Riley Children's Hospital, 30 S. Meridian St., Ste. 200, Indianapolis, IN 46204-3509 in honor of her granddaughter, Arianna, who is a cancer survivor because of them.
