He is survived by: his significant other Ella Jones; his children, Tina DeBoard (Palmer), Christy Sandlin, Christopher Bonewitz and Joanie Ventress; and his sister Charolette Bean. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
