He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Babb and Gladys Babb (Hundley); his wife Barbara Jean Babb; his daughters, Debra Peterson and Kay Fisher (Gerald); and his siblings, Jim Babb (Judy), Larry Babb and Mary Marshall.
He is survived by: his children, Nancy Russell of Florida and Michael Babb (Kathy) of Gas City; his brother Chester Babb; and his grandsons, Gary Fisher, Jason Fisher, Jonathan Russell, Patrick Russell, Bryan Babb and Michael Babb. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild.
