He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul G. and Mary A. Weaver (Howell); his father-in-law James Brackett; and his brother-in-law John Brooksher. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Weaver (Brackett); his daughters, Melissa Weaver-Terrones, Amanda Weaver and Marion; his stepchildren, Chrys Lamica, Ty Hart (Missy) and Jason Clark; his daughter-in-law Janel Hart; his mother-in-law Freda Brackett; and his grandchildren, Christian Terrones, Tori Terrones, Emily Francis (Sheldon), Elaina Herschberger (Matthew), Erika Hart, Graydon Weaver, Mia Weaver, Ezra Weaver, Kyla Brackett, Donavan Smith and Nova Lamica.
