She was predeceased by: her parents, John Clayborn and Daisy Clayborn (McCracken); her siblings, Roy Daniel Clayborn (Lora), John W. Clayborn (Paula) and Sharon Elizabeth Clayborn; her nephews, Daniel Clayborn, Steven Clayborn and Garry Weston Clayborn; and her niece Kristy Clayborn.
She is survived by: her sister Janet Moriarity (Dan) of Fort Wayne; her nieces, Amber Holmes (Clarence) of Marion and Catherine Konz (Kyle) of Fort Wayne; her nephew Russell Moriarity of Uniondale; and her pets, Georgie, Tabby and Punkin. She is also survived by four great-nieces; one great-nephew; several friends.
