He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Eades and Hazel Juanita Pettit Eades; his brother Leonard Eades, Jr.; his parents-in-law, Clarence Edwin Eckerty and Thelma Lorraine Underwood Eckerty; and his siblings-in-law, Peggy Lorraine Eckerty, Susan Eades, Jerry Lane Burch and Chuck Flowers.
He is survived by: his grandson Scott; his wife Judith E. Eckerty Eades of Madison, Indiana; his children, Carla Eades Krebs (Joe) of Madison, Janeen Eades Blair (Bill) of Madison, Beth Eades Skirvin (Jeff) of Madison, Indiana and Scott Eades (Kim) of Hanover, Indiana; his grandchildren, Brett Eppley, Drew Eades, Megan Eades and Brittany Tate; his siblings, Jacquelin Kay "Jackie" Eades Sipe of Madison, Indiana, James Eades (Sue) of Santa Ana and Keith D. Eades of Madison, Indiana; and his sisters-in-law, Pam Flowers of Bloomington, Rebecca "Becky" Burch of Madison, Lisa Singer (Bob) of Madison and Susan McRoberts (Jim) of Wilkinson, Indiana. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
