Laughlin and Opal Faye Winslow Laughlin; his siblings, Timothy Wayne Laughlin and Janie Laughlin Knox; his brother-in-law Louis Allen Aldridge; his niece Babette Creech; his grandparents, Clarence W., Aggie Laughlin, Albert and Lillian Winslow; and his great-nieces, Nora Faye and Hope R. Creech.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Shelley; his daughter Sara Spencer (Nicholas "Nick") of Madison, Indiana; his grandchildren, Mary Beth Paige and Trinten Michael Spencer; his sisters, Delores Ann Aldridge of Madison, Mary Kay Thompson (Larry) of Madison and Bonnie Zearing (Bill) of Lexington, Indiana; his siblings-in-law, Dickie Knox of Vevay, Indiana and Carol O'Neal of Madison, Indiana; his daughter Barbara Laughlin of Madison, Indiana; and his nieces and nephews, Bumper, Jeanette, Keith, Kimberly, Sondra, Arnold D., Tracy, Jamie, Margaret, Billy Tom, Ricky, Kathryn, Samantha and Steven.
