He is survived by: his wife Etta Mae Miller; his children, Donetta Surface (Tony) of Logansport, Debb Ferger (Jim) of Plymouth, Don Putnam of Logansport, Dwaine Putnam (Theresa) of Logansport and Dennis Putnam of Logansport; and his siblings, Rich Putnam of Logansport, Fred Winegardner of Logansport, Susie DeHaven (Charlie) of Logansport and Kim Vigar (Glen) of Logansport. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, one great great granddaughter, nieces and nephews.
