He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Harold, Barbara Hanawalt and John Dodrill. He is survived by: his parents, Thomas E. "Ed" and Becky Dodrill Hanawalt; his wife April Appleton; his children, Josh Hanawalt, Keygan Hanawalt and Salem Hanawalt; his granddaughter Leeyah Horton of Logansport; and his sister Trisha Mancini (Matt). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
