He was predeceased by: his parents, Simon Charles and Ruby Mae Denny (Bucks); and his siblings, Ben, Ike, Glen, Norman, Donald Denny, Betty Rose, Bonnie Sibley, June Hufford and Leah Millner.
He is survived by: his wife Maxine Wootten; his children, Michael Denny (Susanne) of South Carolina, Keith Denny (Debra) of Plainfield, Timothy Denny of Logansport, Simon Denny III (Ann) of Kokomo and Patsy Denny of Ft. Wayne; and his brothers, Tom Denny (Jan) of Logansport and Richard Denny (Jean) of Minnesota. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
