She was predeceased by: her parents, Wendell Neal Frey and Geneva Avanelle Frey (Cox); her son Steven James Spencer; her grandson Roger 'Trey Spencer; and her stepsister Pam McCartney.
She is survived by: her husband Jerry Maughmer; her sons, Roger Spencer (Debbie) of Logansport and Michael Spencer of Logansport; her granddaughter Marla Spencer; her stepmother Marcella Frey; her stepsiblings, Janice Day (Mike) and Terry Zeider (Shirley); and her cousin John Lee Cox. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the funeral home to help with final expenses.
