He was predeceased by: his parents, Miles "Mike" E. and Jeanette "Mandy" Lancaster Hettinger. He is survived by: his sons, Shay Michael Hettinger (Jessica), Rochester, Adam Hardy (Kayla) and Russiaville; his sisters, Pamela (David Clements) of Logansport and Nancy Gerrard (John) of Logansport; and his grandchildren, Ethan Erb, Briseis Hardy, Charis Hardy and Chance Hardy. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
