He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lawrence Allen and Mable Seabolt Allen; his wife Roxanne Smith Allen; his son Brock Allen (Kacey); his grandchildren, Chandler and Cooper Allen; and his siblings, Vickie Redding (Mark), Jennifer Foster and Rod Allen (Karen). He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family is asking for memorial contributions to Chandler and Cooper's college funds.
