She was predeceased by: her parents, Lowell Forgey and Belle Forgey (Keplar) of Logansport, Indiana.; and her sisters, Jean Brown (Keith), JoAnn Barber (Gayle) and Sandra Cross (Bob).
She is survived by: her husband Jim McCombs; her brother Douglas Forgey (Shelby); and her nieces and nephews, Derek Forgey, Michael Forgey, Debrah Karabin (Jim), Kezhia Shaw (Joe), Steve Barber (Sandy), John Barber, Cathy Ramer, David, Linda, Molly McCombs and Raegan.
