He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Spicer and Joan Spicer. He is survived by: his spouse Lorien of Logansport; his children, Scot Spicer of Evansville and Kristina Hammer; his grandsons, Aiden and Riley Hammer; and his brother Jan Spicer (Sheri). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a multitude of friends.
