He is survived by: his former wife Victoria A. Kay; his wife Victoria Patton of Logansport; his children, Craig Patton (Erin), Angela Patton and Rachel "Shelli" Patton-Spear (Jason); his stepchildren, Nicole Echols, Melissa Locke and Jonathan Landis (Jessica); his grandchildren, Christopher, Laine, Bonnie, Mark, Jadelyn, Shayne, Jenna, Luke and Gunner; his stepgrandchildren, Erica (Nick), Alanna, Rollie, Bryan, Kenny, Brooklynn, Ryan and Chloey; and his siblings, Ethel Payne and Reece Patton. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
