She was predeceased by: her parents, Cassius E. Adams and Grace Opal Adams (Ren); her siblings, Betty Brush, Hazel Bridegroom, Jimmy Adams and Charles Adams; and her stepson Howard Thompson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Marilyn Carter (Gary) and Rita Best Williams; her stepdaughter Debra Early; her sons, Charles Schnurpel (Nancy) and Steven Schnurpel (Diana); and her sister Agnes Buchholz. She is also survived by twenty grandchildren; several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
