She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ralph Lowe and Lois Zinn Lowe; her husband Lionel Billman; her son David Tocco; her grandchildren, Cassandra Aldridge (Daniel), Andrew Gilzean (Carrie), Lucas Gilzean, Anamaria Schulze and Lydia Schulze; her great grandchildren, Katelynn Aldridge, Ashley Popp, Nautica Aldridge, Georgie Gilzean, Jane Gilzean and Kate Gilzean; and her brother William Lowe.
Liz was instrumental in establishing the Foundation's Lewis Cass Scholarship Fund, of which she was very proud.
