With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dale Flatt (Logansport, Indiana), who passed away on September 19, 2019 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Nathaniel H. Flatt and Mary Louise Flatt (Lamb). He is survived by: his wife Barbara A. Rouse; his daughters, Autumn M. Gibbs of Logansport, Salem Rehwald (Jerry) of Logansport and Brittany Flatt of Logansport; and his grandchildren, Taylor Rehwald, Mason Gibbs, Olivia Flatt, Mia Rehwald, Noah Flatt, Sydney Gibbs and Ellie Flatt.
Memorials may be made to the One Warrior Foundation in memory of Dale.
