He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Hickey and Patricia L. Short (Cripe); and his sister Deb Hiester. He is survived by: his wife Melissa A. Goodman; his children, Scotty Hickey and Sara Hickey; his stepchildren, Timathy Johns (Danielle), John Michael Goodman and Danielle Malott (Johnny); and his sister Trish McCarty (Eric) of Clymers, IN.
