He was predeceased by: his mother Dorothy C. Harvey (Rivers); and his siblings, Michael D. Harvey and Susan L. Odom. He is survived by: his children, Karisa L. Harvey (Josh) of Monticello, Blake A. Harvey of Monon and Nicholas C. Harvey of Logansport; his siblings, Brian E. Harvey of Logansport and Cynthia Burkhart (Jeff) of Logansport; and his grandsons, Neyland, Princeton and Leonardo. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
