He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles K. Sr. Martin and Anne Marie Martin (Blazes); and his brothers, Robert Martin, Timothy Martin and Charles K. "Bud" Martin, Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Terry Martin (Hill) of Linton; his children, Scott Martin (Sheila) of Tracy, CA, Kelly Ann Martin of Fairfield, IL and Michelle Walls (Scott) of Linton; and his grandchildren, Katelyn Martin, Tara Bostrum, Ethan Maisenbach, Elijah Walls and Chloe Walls.
