He is survived by: his parents, Dianna Carpenter and Onnie Fulk; his sons, Jaxson David Fulk and Samuel Douglas Fulk (Age); his siblings, Derek Girten (Tiffany), Keith Fulk (Alexis), Kaci Spangler (Ryan) and Darci Fulk; his nieces and nephews, Todd, Landyn, Paula and Emme; his aunts and uncles, Zack Fulk, Todd, Andy, Tim Carpenter, Debbie Criss and Susie Hamilton; his grandmother Jean Carpenter (Ed Guthrie); and his parents-in-law, Jerod Lee, Kikki Scharbough, Douglas and Karen Lee.
