He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Petty and Carol Petty (Myers). He is survived by: his fiancée Linda Gibbs of Qunicy; his children, Melissa Ramage (David) of Romney, Bethany Elliott (Johnathon) of Lebanon, Kristina Petty (Jimmy Miller) of Lebanon and Bryan Petty (Natalie) of Lebanon; his stepchildren, Larry Beeson, Melissa Beeson, Richard Beeson and Lori Beeson; and his siblings, Daniel Petty (Cathy), Gerald Petty and Brenda Durrett (Roger). He is also survived by 26 grandchildren, and 12 great grandchildren.
