He is survived by: his son Ronald Lee Polston, III (Brittany) of North Port, Florida; his grandchildren, Erica, Taylor, Chace, Logan, Jaylyn, Zoe and Skylar; and his siblings, Larry Polston (Margie) of Avon, Ralph Polston (Annie) of Avon, Phyllis Emmons of Beech Grove, Mike Polston (Nancy) of Indianapolis and Angie Brehm (Scott) of Carmel. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
