He was predeceased by: his wife Martha Mitchell (Baird); and his brothers, Eugene Mitchell and Leon Mitchell. He is survived by: his daughters, Debra Weyant (Mitchell), Cheryl Saenz (John) and Denise Fojtik (Charles); his grandchildren, Karen Cook (Weyant), Chris Weyant (Kylie), Jenna Dylla (Seth) and Brittany Fojtik; his great grandchildren, Nick Corsi (Dixie), Eric Weyant, Andrea Cook, Gavin Weyant-Cooper, Kelly Weyant and Harper Dylla; his great great grandchild Nicklaus Corsi; his sister Louise Huckstep (Lyell); and his friend Rita Thomason. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
