He was predeceased by: his parents, Ezra Roscoe Jones and Elma Al; his son Douglas Jones; and his siblings, Garnet Jones, Earl Jones, Linzie Jones, Harlin Jones, Catherine Lucas, Reva Campbell and Marcella Peetz.
He is survived by: his wife Hazel Jones (Hale) of Lebanon; his sons, Steven Jones (Patricia) of Whitestown and Jack Jones (Rebecca) of Oro Valley, Arizona; his daughter-in-law Debra Jones of Tucson, Arizona; his sister Barbara Hale of Oceanside, California; and his siblings-in-law, Larry Peetz of Lebanon, Dorothy Jones and Opal Jones. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
