He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Paul and Margaret "Maggie" Wolfe (Williams); his wife Donna Sue Evans; and his siblings, Richard "Dick" Wolfe, Robert "Bob" Wolfe and Elizabeth Ann Lancaster (JD).
He is survived by: his children, Paul David Wolfe (Jackie) of Lebanon and Sharon Ann Wolfe (Kurt Kinsler) of Lebanon; his granddaughter Amber Jo Webb (Brandon) of Lebanon; and his great grandchild Mary Jane Sue McCormick of Lebanon.
Memorial contributions in his memory may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
