With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Michael Osterfeld of Lebanon, Indiana, born in Indianapolis, Indiana, who passed away on November 25, 2022 at the age of 41. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father David Edward Osterfeld; and his grandparents, Samuel, Mary Smith and William 'Bill Osterfeld. He is survived by: his mother Emma Josephine Osterfeld (Smith) of Lebanon; his grandmother Mary Lou Osterfeld of Cincinnati, OH; his sister Sarah Farrell (Matt) of Indianapolis; his niece Madelyn Farrell; his aunts, Maryanne, Sally 'Sarah Smith and Betty 'Elizabeth Milota; and his uncle Bill Dunst. He is also survived by several cousins and aunts and uncles.
He worked as the Deputy Directory of Therapeutics at State of Maryland Department of Health, coordinating executive level operations, market, pharmaceutical programs, and COVID-19 response.
