He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence John Campbell and Susan E. Cutright. He is survived by: his children, Cameron Campbell (Tiffany Thatcher) of Lebanon and Mae Campbell of Thorntown; his sister Gayle Stevens (John) of Noblesville; and his nephews, Trey Scott (Daizy) of Colorado Springs, CO, Graden Hood of Greencastle and Austin Kennedy of Bloomington.
