He is survived by: his fiancée Frances Noe of Lebanon; his children, Angela Noe (Stephen Herndon) of Indianapolis, Nathan Cox of Marion and Joey Cox (Mary) of Indianapolis, Indiana; his grandchildren, Angel Noe and Damien Noe (Avina Herndon); and his brother James Cox (Gayle) of Whiteland.
