He was predeceased by: his father Charles Richard Heath; and his brother Gerald Heath. He is survived by: his mother Florence Heath (McAnelly) of Lebanon; and his sister Marcia Hoover (Mike) of Zionsville. He is also survived by three nieces and several great nieces & nephews.

Memorials may be given the Humane Society of Boone County, P.O. Box 708, Lebanon, Indiana.
