He was predeceased by: his father Rilus Urban; and his siblings, George Urban, Norma Jean Lee, Lorraine Perkins, Donna Fischer, Linda Urban and Peggy Skains.
He is survived by: his daughter Nikki Hieston (Ray); his brother Robert Urban (Betty); his sister-in-law Irene Urban; and his granddaughters, Brittany and Makenzie Hieston. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The family requests, in lieu of flowers, for friends and family to make a donation to Pleasant View Church and/or Boone County Senior Services in Jim's honor.
